Floral (and Bee!) Notes
Echinops flower between July and August. Combined with the bumblebee they are symbols of independence, industry, creativity and wisdom. The name for this flower comes from the Ancient Greek word 'echinos' and 'opsis' meaning "hedgehog-like". Watch out for those prickles Mr. Bee!
